HealthCorum Announces Interim Chief Medical Officer and Advisory Board Members
Dr. Roki Chauhan, Cathy K. Eddy, U.N. Amighi and Tracey Dodenhoff have been appointed to HealthCorum’s advisory board

HealthCorum, a Healthcare analytics company specializing in the detection of wasteful and unnecessary spending, has today announced that it has added a quartet of industry veterans to its advisory board. They are jointly focused on guiding the company to market and aiding the continued deployment of a first-of-its-kind technology solution for identifying low-value health care spending. Together, they bring over a century of dynamic Healthcare experience and expertise to the HealthCorum team.
Roki is former Senior Vice President and Chief Medical Officer of Premera Blue Cross located in Washington State. During his 15-year tenure at Premera, he was responsible for senior corporate medical leadership, strategic planning and implementation of clinical programs including medical and pharmacy utilization management, case and disease management, and collaborating with providers in Washington and Alaska to improve quality of care based on data and analytics.
Dr. Chauhan is a graduate of Tufts University School of Medicine. He completed his residency and fellowship in Family Medicine at Community Hospital of Santa Rosa, an affiliate of the University of California, San Francisco School of Medicine. As a board-certified family physician, he was in clinical practice for ten years in private practice in Alameda, California and then five years in a multi-specialty clinic in Seattle, Washington. He left clinical practice in 1997 to join Providence Health Plan of Washington before joining Premera in 1999.
In his new role as interim Chief Medical Officer and Board Advisor at HealthCorum, he brings experience and skills in strategic planning & implementation, physician leadership, physician collaboration, quality improvement, healthcare cost management, account management, relationship building, and leveraging data & analytics to improve quality and efficiency of care.
Cathy is the founder of the Health Plan Alliance, an organization started by and for provider-sponsored health plans to help its members be more competitive in their individual markets by sharing a broad knowledge base, identifying performance improvement methods, collective purchasing and insights. Formed in 1996 as the HMO Alliance with 50 member health plans today located throughout the country. Cathy developed the concept with the eight founding members, wrote the business plan, raised the initial capital and ran the Alliance since its inception. She retired as president in April 2018.
Cathy received her MBA in health care management and insurance from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania in 1992. While there, she initiated a mentor program for health care management graduate students that has continued for more than 25 years. She also served on the Wharton Health Care Alumni Board.
Cathy has been a speaker and facilitator for numerous boards, addressing the challenges of health care reform, provider ownership, managed care trends, governance, accountable care, and future direction. She brings invaluable industry experience and knowledge to the HealthCorum team.
A well-known figure in the healthcare technology community, U.N. has produced impressive results in senior managerial roles at companies including Bayer, United Health Group, Eliza, Wellframe, and currently at Welldoc. He has also founded and advised various startups throughout his career. With a wide array of skills, his core competencies include establishing domestic and international market presence, sales, channel management, strategic partnerships and team building. U.N. brings in-depth clinical healthcare expertise in launching new technologies related to mobile and digital health, multi-modal engagements, predictive modeling, data analytics, and artificial intelligence (AI).
U.N. received his degree in computer science from Wagner College. He is fluent in several languages and is an active voting member of ASTM (American Society for Testing & Materials), which monitor and set standards for products used in the U.S.
Working with the HealthCorum team over the past several months, U.N. has advised the team on strategic direction and helped formulate a go-to-market strategy, which is now in effect. He brings incredible energy and thoughtful leadership to HealthCorum.
An entrepreneurial leader driven by rapid value creation, Tracey’s background encompasses technology entrepreneurship, innovation leadership and venture investing. Tracey has generated multi-millions in revenue and value for a portfolio of early stage initiatives. Over her career, Tracey has launched and invested in over two dozen startups, partnering with ventures to accelerate the growth of new product initiatives across medical, consumer, software and industrial verticals. She has also created record-breaking innovation, entrepreneurship and industry engagement initiatives for several leading academic institutions. On the corporate side, her development of new scalable models have enabled global organizations to tap into early stage innovations and ventures. With a personal mission to Help Good People do Great Things with Innovation, Tracey is currently Consulting Principal at Onovo Inc. where she engages in strategic business development initiatives for clients seeking accelerated revenue growth and related shareholder value. She also serves on the Board of Directors and Board of Advisors for several early stage medical device and software companies.
Tracey has an MBA from Babson College, an MID from Pratt Institute, and a BS from Rhode Island College.
In addition to her other endeavors, Tracey volunteers for the largest medtech membership community in the US, MassMEDIC. As part of their IGNITE Steering Committee, she is coaching them on launching a new experiential model for venture growth for the benefit of investment and acquisition minded corporate MassMEDIC members. She is also the Chair of Sponsorship for Medical Device Group Boston, a professional organization of medtech business executives.
